What’s your role in Society?

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Billing Coordinator to join our team.This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 9 months.


What does the role involve?

A member of the Finance & Business Support function, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Billing operations for Sweco UK. The role involves:

  • Assisting Project Managers in the timely and accurate creation of their customer invoices to ensure monthly targets are met
  • Checking and approval of draft customer invoice workflows in our ERP system
  • Supporting and coordinating the creation and validation of customer invoices and credit notes
  • Ad hoc requests & other tasks that are consistent with the aim of the team and that support the overall business (e.g. supporting the Credit Controllers)

To be successful in this role you’ll possess:

  • A proven track record of work experience in Billing
  • Computer literacy and Good Microsoft Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
