We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support our Flagship London office near Liverpool Street Station.  Due to the nature of the role this is a fully office based role.

What does the role involve?

You will support the business by answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner providing a seamless call service for the Group.  You will be responsible for the general supervision of the office reception areas and meeting rooms, greeting visitors, organising refreshments and catering requirements, tidying meeting rooms, replenishing office supplies, and day-to-day functionality of the fresh milk coffee machines.  You will also be required to collaborate with another Receptionist/Administrator based at our London office and provide ad hoc cover at our Maidenhead office to ensure smooth office operations and provide excellent customer service.

You will be part of our National Admin Team and will assist with general administrative tasks including:

  • Monitoring the general mailboxes.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Document production, including printing, scanning and binding.
  • Arranging couriers and handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Preparing documents for archive.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Ordering PPE.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions.
  • Booking CSCS tests and processing applications.
  • Assisting with managing the office events bookings.
  • Assisting with H&S Rep duties.
  • Office fire warden (training to be provided)
  • Interaction with the facilities team if changes are taking place in the office.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good level of competency of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role.
